Daniel Lessing

Daniel Lessing joined the Eichler Lab as a student intern in 2026. Since 2024, he has been a student research assistant at the Chair of Optical Quantum Technologies (FAU), working on quantum-related hardware. After completing his Bachelor’s degree at the Chair for Theoretical Physics V
(FAU) with a thesis on error thresholds of various toric code geometries, he is now focusing on the experimental realization and implementation of superconducting qubits.
